7th Grade Immunization Alert!!
All students entering 7th grade are required to have their Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and Meningococcal vaccinations. Please contact your child’s health care provider to schedule an appointment. The school nurse will need a copy of your child’s immunization record on the first day of school to show proof of these two vaccinations.
